Information
100% leak-proof sealing solution for metal threaded joints
- Very high setting speed even at cold temperatues(<0°C)
- Fixed parts can be disassambled by hand tools
- Enhanced chemical resistance
High viscosity, easy-to-apply, high-pressure resistant
pipe sealant with high chemical resistance. Resists up
to -50°C / + 150°C. Ideal for wide-diameter applications of 2" and above. Provides pressure resistance of 100 psi / 7 bar even right after the application.
Solvent-free. Non-dripping. When fully cured, will seal up to the bursting pressure of the pipe. Seals anaerobically. Keeps its strength and sealing properties against shocks & vibrations long after the application. Used on close-fitting metal pipe threads where all kinds of water, oil, grease, and many chemicals pass. Can also be used in assembling joint parts of pressure vessels, air compressors, hydraulic systems and tanks, and in areas where resistance against vibration is required.
Suitable for Type H thick metal thread joints according to TSE EN 751-1 Standard.
Features and Applications

Usage and Instructions
Surface Preparation
1) Ensure parts are clean, dry and free from oil and grease.
2) Applied with a brush or directly from tube.
Application
1) Apply the adhesive with a 360 turn to leading threads of the male and female fittings.
2) Use an absorbent tissue paper to wipe off excess jointing compound in the direction of the thread.
3) Assembly parts and hold on for 24 hours at 22-24°C to ensure full curing of jointing compound.
4) For disassembly, use hand tools to remove mating parts. When it is hard to dissemble at room temperature, apply local heat until reaching 250°C and disassemble while hot. Then, remove any residual cured adhesive mechanically and clean parts with a proper solvent, acetone.
